● Unboxing video: A clear and unedited video recording you taking the product out of the packaging for the first time. The video should clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the product upon opening.
Replacement Process:

2. Our customer service team will review your request and contact you within 48 business hours to confirm the replacement.
3. Once approved, we will arrange for the return of the incorrect or damaged item (prepaid shipping label will be provided) and send you the correct replacement product.

- We will not accept requests for replacements after 5 days of receiving your order.
- The unboxing video must be clear and show the product received in its entirety.

Original Shipping Costs:
Original shipping costs will not be refunded on replaced items.
